Yoga Pilates

Exercises done with the sounds of calm and purely relaxing music. Training aimed at creating the balance between thebody and the soul. Classes combine yoga, pilates, ballet elements and isometric exercises. It's a typical "well-being" training as it not only influences on the way our body looks but also how we feel it. During the classes we do not perform rapid movements, leaps - the method recommended for everyone regardless of age.
